We work confidentially as an integral part of your team - not only delivering UX/UI, but supporting you in sales and project management, and taking responsibility for it. We assemble the team within 48 hours - under your brand, for your clients.

We have worked with leading companies and startups

Challenges

The project is there, the team is not

Four moments when a software house or an agency calls us for the first time. They share one denominator - demand for designers arrives faster than designers can be hired.

  • „You win work you have nobody to staff”

The client says yes in the week your entire design team is booked. Turning it down costs the contract; forcing it through costs the deadline on a project already running.

  • „Recruitment takes longer than the project”

A quarter passes before a designer signs - and that assumes the first candidate works out. The scope that was meant to start this month waits for a role that does not exist yet.

  • „The estimate is made without a designer”

The proposal is priced by someone who will not run the scope. The gap shows up mid-project, when it turns out how many screens the simple admin panel really had.

  • „The subcontractor vanishes halfway”

The freelancer takes a better-paid job and you are left with files nobody can pick up. In front of the end client that is your failure, not theirs.

Who it is for

Who this model is for

  • A software house with its own developers

You have people to build with, not people to design with. We add the UX/UI layer without you building a department whose upkeep in the quiet months would be a cost anyway.

  • An agency running implementations for clients

You answer to the end client for the whole thing. We come in as your people, so not a single extra point of contact appears on your side to explain.

  • A team still in the proposal stage

The scope is still being negotiated. We assign someone to the estimate, the workshop and the costing - and you present it to the client as your own.

  • A company building a team of its own

We help run projects while you recruit, and hand the material over so the design capability ends up on your side for good.

Our difference

How it differs from hiring and from freelancing

  • 48 hours instead of a quarter

That is how long it takes us to assemble a team for your project. Recruiting your own designer takes a quarter, and an agency that only sends CVs once an NDA is signed needs ten days.

  • No fixed costs and no recruitment fees

You pay for the hours worked on the project; in a gap the cost is zero. Benefits, holidays, paperwork and the cost of parting ways all fall away - we carry them.

  • Support in sales, not only in production

We come in before the project starts - gathering scope, running workshops and consultations, preparing the estimate and the costing. A freelancer only starts once the brief is finished.

  • Shared responsibility for running the project

We take responsibility for the process, not for handing over files. That removes the classic failure points - broken communication, a misread need, a specification error found after launch.

Process

Confidential cooperation in three steps

  1. First call

You tell us which projects need help

The more detail the better. We assign a single designer or assemble a team with exactly the skills you need. Still negotiating the scope? We will assign someone to the estimate.

  2. 48 hours

We become part of your team

We start the moment you give the green light. In contact with your client we appear as your people and share the running of the project - including responsibility for communication and specification.

  3. The whole project

    We run the UX/UI process

From the pricing stage we estimate the work and prepare the costing and the proposal. Then we run a design process picked for the case - if the client does not need research, we skip that stage.

Deliverables

What we do for your clients

  • Ready from the start

When a client comes to you with a project, we take on gathering the scope, the estimate, consultations and workshops, and preparing the costing and the proposal. Scheduling the start is on our side, with no idle gap.

  • Full integration with your company

We work on existing frameworks, component libraries and design systems. We adapt to your environment or propose a better one - and explain why.

  • Reinforcement for your team

Our strength is adding skills to teams that already work. We also help build a design team from scratch, so the capability ends up on your side.

  • Documentation ready to hand on

The material is written so you can pass it to the end client under your own brand - with no trace of us and nothing to explain about who did what.

Toolkit

The full process, picked for the case

We take on as many stages as the scope needs - we do not sell the whole set by default.

FAQ

Questions that come up most often

What is confidential cooperation (white label)?

In confidential cooperation we act as your team on UX/UI projects for your company’s clients. You don’t have to invest in building your own UX/UI department, and your company can focus on its core business - the one it profits from most.

What do I gain from confidential cooperation?

Skills in consulting and UX/UI, more delivery capacity, cheaper scaling of your business, a broader offer and safer effort estimation. All under your brand, with no disclosure.

Will you support us in the sales process?

Yes. We provide an estimate and project documentation with a quote. Beforehand - together with your team - we talk to the client and gather all the important information. If needed, we also run consulting, workshops, audits and user research.

How much does the cooperation cost?

We keep the entry threshold public, but we quote the final figure against your specific scope - it is driven by how many process stages are in play, the team composition, how long the cooperation runs and how much of your sales work we take on. We work hourly (Time & Materials) or for a fixed price per project; the model is agreed before the start. You get a free quote after the first call, and the estimate before the start - in a form you present to the end client as your own.

What can your agency do for our clients?

We design UX/UI for new and existing products: mobile and desktop apps, specialist applications, stores and e-commerce, websites and portals, admin panels and B2B platforms. We run consulting and workshops, audits and user research, create product strategy and design systems, support developers during implementation, and deliver simple projects in no-code.

How do we start confidential cooperation with you?

Let’s start with a meeting - we’ll answer all your questions and show how our cooperation works: the processes, quality-control and project-management methods, and proof of our competence. The first step is a call or email to Katarzyna Adamczuk, President of the Board at Wzór sp. z o.o.: +48 535 025 985, katarzyna@wzor.biz.

How does delivery work in confidential cooperation?

We follow a proven three-stage process. Consultation - confidentially, with your team and client, we gather requirements and goals; you get an initial estimate, an audit report and a list of features. Discovery - complete project documentation you can present as your own, with a schedule, research results and a detailed quote. Delivery - the UX/UI design with documentation of screens, forms, processes and use cases, plus support during implementation.

Do you also work on a disclosed basis?

Yes, in two situations. If you simply want to showcase our partnership - we have no problem with that; after the project we are happy to prepare a joint case study for your site and ours. If, on the other hand, you are looking for a designer for your own product team, working openly as Wzór, in your tools and on your product, that is a separate offer: hiring designers.
