Software
We design subscription apps and B2B platforms - from brief, through a working React frontend, to a design system ready to scale the team. We work with products at every stage: pre-launch, post-PMF, enterprise.
We have worked with leading companies and startups
Challenges
The decision-maker buys the vision, the user stays through week one, the team needs a system
-
„The brief sounds generic and in the demo decision-makers cannot see what changes for them.”
Interactive design instead of static Figma - a working React frontend deployed at a link. Stakeholder sign-off on a clickable demo, not slides.
-
„We get plenty of sign-ups, and barely anyone reaches week two.”
UX audit of onboarding with analytics data, redesign of the sign-up → time-to-value flow, validation with a prototype before development.
-
„Every team draws its own component and the product has stopped looking like one thing.”
Building or migrating to a design system with tokens, Storybook documentation and a governance process. For teams of 5–50.
Who it is for
Vertical, horizontal and internal - we work with every product profile
Whatever the type - we hand over the design in a format your development team can write code straight from.
-
Vertical SaaS (industry-specific)
Platforms for a specific industry - ConTech, LegalTech, HRTech, PropTech. Complex domains, user/manager/admin roles, integrations with enterprise-class tools.
-
Horizontal SaaS (B2B tools)
Products for many industries - CRM, project management, analytics, marketing automation. Strong competition, retention driven by onboarding and time-to-value.
-
Internal tools and enterprise platforms
Internal apps for teams of 50–5,000 - admin panels, operational dashboards, BPM tools. The specifics: dense interfaces, power users, auditability.
Process
Five steps - from the first conversation to post-launch measurement
We match scope to the product stage. For pre-PMF teams we focus on hypotheses and validation; for mature SaaS - on retention, upsell and refactoring complex modules. We adapt our pace to your team’s sprints.
- 30 min
Discovery call - 30 minutes
Online, with the lead designer. We get to know the product, the metrics you judge it by, and the regulatory context it operates in.
- Week 1–2
Audit and discovery
Analytics, session recordings, user interviews, heuristic review. The barriers people actually hit become design hypotheses.
- Week 3–6
UX/UI design
Wireframes, a prototype you can click through, the final interface. Documentation written for the team that will ship it - tokens, states and responsive behaviour included.
- Week 6–7
Validation
Tests with real users, or an A/B test in production. The design changes on the strength of what we saw, before it reaches code.
- After launch
Delivery and care
We work side by side with your developers - implementation review, fixes, additions to the library. After launch we measure and come back with the next hypotheses.

Client voices
What our clients say
-
„Working with the Wzór team was a genuinely great experience! They always answered our questions quickly and were flexible about our comments. They have no shortage of creative ideas and are at the same time thoroughly reliable and on time. The end result fully met our expectations; we recommend them to anyone looking for professionals who care.”
Maja Wieloch-Silecka Operations Director, Bosfor Group -
„Our clients expect us to act fast and effectively across a very wide scope - from building a brand, through a website with a store, to running an effective sales campaign. Not an easy task, but doable when you have a tight-knit team and partners who take on challenges on the fly. For us, quality, accountability and commitment are key, and working with UX Agency Wzór gives us that 100%.”
Piotr Alberski Chief Operating Officer, Agencja XO Media -
„Our cooperation with UX Agency Wzór started with our own website. We really liked the way they work, so we decided to subcontract projects for our clients to them on a White Label basis. We loved their workflow, the way they hand projects over to our team, their documentation and their work on the design system. Now we can take on bigger risks.”
Mateusz Swół Chief Operating Officer, Sellace

FAQ
Questions that come up most often
Interactive design - how is it different from a Figma design?
Instead of static screens you get a working frontend in a React + TypeScript + Tailwind stack, deployed at a private link. After Figma a client still has to rewrite the design into code - here that step is already done. Cost and time are comparable to a Figma project. Details: /en/services/interaktywny-projekt/.
Do you also design mobile companion apps?
Yes - as part of the SaaS product. We design mobile companions (iOS/Android) consistent with the web app, reusing design-system tokens. We don’t design native apps as standalone products without a web sibling.
Do you help with product analytics and measuring retention?
Yes, at the level of product events, activation paths and subscription conversion funnels. We advise on tool selection (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog) and mapping events to UX hypotheses. We don’t write the implementation code on the client side.
Do you work directly with our developers?
Yes - documentation is written with the development team in mind. We can also work as a team extension (a designer in your Slack/Jira channels) or white-label (as your anonymous design team). Details: /en/services/white-label/.
