You will not find a final price here, because there is none before the scope is known. You will find the entry threshold - the amount a given service starts at, and the time we deliver it in. Most projects land between 10,000 and 300,000 PLN net, and the largest rollouts run above that.

  • Loop from Margin, a consulting-session tool: a dark application frame with a white canvas in the middle holding the client project - the cart of the Wilga shop, with six numbered crimson annotation markers pinned across it - and a session panel on the right showing the consultant portrait and a dashed skeleton of a seven-item document. Clicking the empty strip in the "Dostawa kurierem" (courier delivery) row pins a seventh marker and the panel counter moves from "6 znaczników · bez porządku" (6 markers, unordered) to "7 znaczników".   • Loop from MaxERP, an ERP system for an upholstered furniture manufacturer. The procurement module sits on a light stage: a navigation rail on the left with Operations, Production, Analytics and Other sections, and beside it a requirements table listing 27 raw materials across twelve columns - code, photograph and item name, category, stock on hand, safety stock, daily consumption, lead time, reorder point, days to stockout, order-by date, supplier and date of last goods receipt. The first row, HR 35/40 foam, carries a red "today" badge. The cursor clicks Reports in the navigation and a report slides in from the right: a stock forecast chart on which a blue line falls from 2,416 units and crosses the dashed safety-stock threshold on 8 December, with a red stockout zone spreading beyond it. Below the chart are three figures - 27 items in the requirement, 1 with no order covering it, 168,273 zloty of recommended value - and a list of four MRP recommendations with "create purchase order" buttons. The cursor presses the first one. Zamówień nie składam" (I price enquiries from the Vetro Instal catalogue; I do not place orders). The cursor moves to the text field and types four words: „wyceń to na jutro" (price this for tomorrow). Once sent, the sentence appears as a message with the attachment, the agent replies and a list of four steps appears beneath, ticking off one by one. A table of six positions grows in the thread - each with a product photograph, a catalogue name, an index, a quantity and a price, and under the name the customer's own wording in quotation marks. A moment later the availability column fills in: five green „na stanie" (in stock) tags and one amber „dostawa 24 IX" (delivery 24 September), with the fourth row turning amber. The agent stops and asks „Nie ma na magazynie przed terminem klienta. Co wstawiam do oferty?" (not in stock before the customer's deadline - what do I put in the quote?), offering two named options - a KAN substitute available immediately for 288 zł more, or the original item with a 24 September date - and beneath them the line „Nie decyduję o tym za Ciebie" (I am not deciding this for you). The cursor picks the substitute, the choice enters the thread as the rep's own message, the fourth row changes its name and price, and at the bottom of the conversation the finished quote appears: number OF/2026/09/114, 18,048.00 zł, six product thumbnails, a 14% contract discount, valid to 16 September, an eight working day lead time, „Wyślij do Tomasza" (send to Tomasz) and „PDF" buttons, and underneath „Złożone w 3 minuty. How much does a UX project at Wzór cost?

Most projects land between 10,000 and 300,000 PLN net, and the entry threshold for each service is in the table above. The final amount depends on scope - the number of views, the integrations, and how much work stays on our side during rollout. We give you that number after a conversation about the actual scope, together with a breakdown of what you are paying for.

Why publish a threshold instead of a final price?

Because a final price without knowing the scope would be guesswork. The same "UX audit" is two weeks of work on a site with five subpages and six weeks on a platform with roles and permissions. The threshold says where we start; the estimate follows once we know what actually has to be built.

Are the amounts net?

Yes, every amount in the pricing table is net - VAT comes on top. The invoice is issued by Wzór sp. z o.o., registered in Lublin, Poland.

How does billing work?

In stages tied to delivery rather than to the calendar. You pay for a delivered piece of work - a report, a complete set of screens, a shipped module - not for the month that has passed. On retainers we bill monthly, and you can scale the engagement down or up.

What if the scope changes along the way?

We say so immediately, with an explanation and a new number, before any work starts outside the agreed scope. No surprise invoice at the end of the project - that is the most common reason companies switch agencies, and we have no intention of repeating it.

Do you take projects smaller than the threshold?

Usually not, and we say so upfront. Below the threshold an audit stays on the surface and a rollout ends in technical debt that somebody pays off later anyway. If the budget is smaller, a paid consultation is often the better first step - you leave with a plan your own team can execute.

Do you sign an NDA before discussing a quote?

Yes, as standard for projects in the financial, healthcare and public sectors. We can sign your template or send our own - just mention it when you first get in touch.
