Key Objectives

Through the UX audit and workshops, we identified three key business goals that were most important for the client. To achieve this, we utilized three exercises: Business Model Canvas, Functionality Mapping, and User Journey Mapping.

Increase Conversion Rate

The form we encountered had over 100 fields. This was one of the reasons for the low conversion rate, which we identified during the project. Simplifying this process became a top priority.

Boost User Engagement

Users were not engaged with the process due to its complexity. Instead, they were fatigued. The UX/UI overhaul aimed to improve users' experiences and feelings when completing the forms.

Intuitive UX/UI

Users often got lost on the website and frequently called the Customer Service Office. We wanted to avoid this as it generated high costs, and the form itself should have addressed their needs.

We Start with Workshops

We Conduct Analysis and Research

In addition to the information gathered from the client, the team analyzes the competition, similar solutions, and often the target audience. If the budget allows, this is also where initial UX research is conducted.

We Prepare and Test Wireframes

UX designers create wireframes using Figma. A UX wireframe (or "mockup") is a visual representation of the user interface design. It shows how the final product will look, but doesn’t necessarily include the functionality of the working product. Thanks to these wireframes, we can create a prototype and test the application without the need for coding.

We Design the New UI

Based on the wireframes, the UX Wzór Agency team develops various user interface (UI) concepts, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity. This is the final stage before implementation, where the focus is on properly preparing the design so that the development team can implement it efficiently.

We Verify the Implementation

During the implementation phase, we work closely with the development team to ensure the project is accurately executed. We answer any questions that arise and provide additional designs if needed.
