We follow a proven three-stage process:
Consultation – Our experts work with you or your team to build an initial product outline. You will receive a rough estimate, audit report, and a list of functionalities. Based on this, we prepare a preliminary quote.
Discovery – We collect and analyze the information necessary to create project documentation. The result is a detailed scope of work, including a specification with a timeline, research findings, analysis, workshops, and a detailed quote with a contract proposal.
Execution – We deliver a UX/UI design that meets the expectations and needs of users. We provide the development team with a complete project, including screen, form, process, and use case documentation, offering support during implementation.
We design UX/UI for both new and existing products, such as mobile and desktop applications, specialized apps, online stores and e-commerce solutions, websites and portals, management and administration panels, and B2B platforms.
It all depends on the scope and scale of the project. On average, our clients' budgets range from $10,000 to $300,000 for a UX/UI project. Rates are negotiated at the beginning of the collaboration.
We use both models – Time & Materials and Fixed-price. The final choice of the payment model depends on individual needs and preferences.
In the Time & Materials model, the budget and timeline are forecasted and provided as a time range, offering flexibility for changes during the project and continuous control over the budget and progress.
In the Fixed-price model, the budget, timeline, and project requirements are predetermined, allowing a fixed price. This enables easier cost planning but offers less flexibility for changes during the project.
