You can expect an initial kick-off meeting, regular update meetings, progress reports, consultations, workshops, project reviews, and training sessions. We also use tools for project feedback.

Our team consults with developers, presents the project, and responds to current questions and needs. The implementation is tested by our team, but it can also involve users. We adapt to budgets and requirements.
The report includes work hours on tasks with a description of the completed activities. It is provided at the end of each week or as specified in the order. We are flexible in this regard.
We focus on compliance, budget, and usability control. We continuously verify whether the project is being executed according to the specified requirements, guidelines, and industry standards. Throughout the project, we guarantee expenditure monitoring in the form of regular work time and cost reports. The product is always tested by users or internally to identify potential issues users may encounter.

We use both Time & Materials and Fixed-Price models. The final decision on the billing model depends on individual needs and preferences.
For Time & Materials, the budget and timeline are forecasted and provided as a time range, offering great flexibility in making changes during the project, as well as constant control over the budget and progress at every stage.
In the Fixed-Price model, the budget, timeline, and project requirements are predetermined, allowing for a clear price. It offers easier cost planning but less flexibility for changes during the project.
It all depends on the scope and scale of the project. On average, our clients’ budgets range from $10,000 to $300,000 for a UX/UI project. Rates are negotiated at the start of cooperation.
Depending on the task, assigned team, difficulty, technology, etc., our rates vary and are negotiated at the start of cooperation.
Our team holds regular meetings to gather information about the scope of the assignment. Consultations and workshops are conducted.
We then move on to estimate the project’s workload. Based on this, we prepare a detailed offer and cost estimate.
First, we sign a general framework agreement that guarantees the transfer of intellectual property rights to all projects delivered by our team.
For each order, we create a separate specification. If the project scope changes, we issue an annex.
In the Time & Materials model, if you want to increase the scope, our team estimates the time required for additional work. To proceed, we need approval of the estimate. If the scope decreases, you do not pay for the canceled work in this model.
In the Fixed-Price model, all additional work also requires cost estimates and approval. However, in this case, an amendment to the contract is necessary. The scope can also be reduced, but this does not affect the final price stated in the order.
