Based on the previously developed specification, we created the UX of the travel app and its user interface (UI).
EzzyGuide connects licensed guides with the target audience. Through the app, anyone can sign up for available tours in the Polish mountains.

Key Objectives
The main objective of the client was to develop a travel app that would support their business of selling tours in the Polish mountains. The app is meant to connect licensed guides with the target audience.
MVP
We adopted an MVP approach, focusing on testing the app prototype at the low-fidelity wireframe stage.
Two Types of Accounts
A crucial aspect for the client was the development of two types of accounts. One for licensed guides and the other for users interested in purchasing tours.
Business Support
The app was designed to support the existing traditional business of selling tours in the Polish mountains. Our task was to digitalize this business.
Design Process
For this project, we selected an appropriate design process based on user research, starting early with low-fidelity wireframes.
During the meeting with the client, a business strategy was developed, with the EzzyGuide app becoming its core element. The app was intended to digitize the tour sales market in Poland, giving the client a competitive edge. This became the main goal of the project.
Based on the established goals, we developed low-fidelity wireframes that addressed the needs of two target groups: licensed guides and the users of their services. Both groups can create accounts—guides can add tours, and users can sign up for them.
The developed wireframes, in the form of a clickable prototype, were tested on both target groups. Based on the insights gathered, new solutions were implemented, and existing ones were adjusted.
With the finalized and tested wireframes, we moved on to designing the interface. We focused on strong contrast and red tones to make the product stand out in the market. Our UX Agency also created the company's branding in parallel.
Scope of Work
We tailored the scope of research to meet the client’s business needs, considering the company’s development phase, strategy, and goals.

Results
The result was a well-organized project ready for implementation by the development team. We particularly focused on simplifying their work by providing ready-made color palettes, basing the project on a design system, and creating reusable components.
