Our Requirements
Preparing high-fidelity mockups for projects;
Testing designs with users and refining them based on insights;
Working with Design Systems and co-creating existing ones;
Enhancing user experiences through stunning visual interface designs;
Providing substantive arguments for proposed solutions (based on data);
Collaborating with developers in creating applications and testing implemented changes;
Keeping up with market trends in UX, design, technology, and social aspects;
Conducting design workshops with clients;
Working with Figma, FigJam, Jira, Google Workspace, and Notion;
Scope of Responsibilities
Minimum 2 years of experience working on applications, e-commerce, and website projects;
Knowledge of the design process (methodologies, tools, techniques);
Skills in planning and facilitating workshops remotely;
Ability to argue precisely and clearly, and openness to feedback;
Excellent self-organization and time management;
Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written);
