Entry thresholds, as of September 2026

# Pricing

You will not find a final price here, because there is none before the scope is known. You will find the entry threshold - the amount a given service starts at, and the time we deliver it in. Most projects land between 10,000 and 300,000 PLN net, and the largest rollouts run above that.

- ![Loop from Margin, a consulting-session tool: a dark application frame with a white canvas in the middle holding the client project - the cart of the Wilga shop, with six numbered crimson annotation markers pinned across it - and a session panel on the right showing the consultant portrait and a dashed skeleton of a seven-item document. Clicking the empty strip in the "Dostawa kurierem" (courier delivery) row pins a seventh marker and the panel counter moves from "6 znaczników · bez porządku" (6 markers, unordered) to "7 znaczników". Clicking "Zamknij sesję" (close session) turns the panel heading into "Dokument z sesji · Rekomendacje · 16 września 2026 · 7 pozycji · Wilga" (session document, recommendations, 16 September 2026, 7 items), and all seven markers then lift off the client project and fly into the right-hand column along paths that cross - the document orders them by priority, not by the order they were made. Each reaches its slot and fades as a row lights up in its place with a number, the recommendation text and a priority pill. At the end the client project is clean and seven numbered recommendations stand beside it: two "wysoki" (high), three "średni" (medium), two "niski" (low).](https://wzor.biz/_astro/margin-desktop-poster.QTTfOvrN_6I1cD.webp)

- ![Loop from Quorum, a remote workshop board: on the left a round panel with the question "Który kierunek rozwijamy po Discovery?" (which direction do we develop after discovery) and the rule "3 głosy na osobę" (three votes per person); on the right a wall of twelve sticky notes in the colours of their eight authors, with a strip of eight dimmed participant portraits above it. Clicking "Otwórz głosowanie" (open voting) opens an empty dot row under every note. Clicking the row on the note "Podpowiadany następny krok w zleceniu" (a suggested next step on the job) places a single pink dot - our vote - and that is where our hand stops: over the next second twenty-one grey dots land on the wall from the seven other participants, at uneven intervals and in bursts of three, and each burst lights up that person’s portrait. Three directions emerge from the scattered wall with 7, 5 and 4 votes, and the other nine notes dim. The winner is "Jeden pulpit zamiast trzech zakładek" (one dashboard instead of three tabs) - a note we did not vote for.](https://wzor.biz/_astro/quorum-desktop-poster.DP_v0B_i_1PxfTv.webp)

Clicking "Powiadomienia w aplikacji" slides in a panel from the right with Marek Jaworski's portrait, his ratings and the score 85, and clicking "Przelicz priorytety" makes all six rows travel to new positions in a cascade and settle into a descending series 85 · 71 · 65 · 41 · 25 · 18, with a plan label lighting up next to each - twice "Teraz" (now), twice "Następne" (next) and twice "Później" (later).](https://wzor.biz/_astro/trellis-desktop-poster.DVOlsDUJ_2cxzxb.webp)

- ![Loop from Fathom, a performance-audit console wired to a live shop. A dark measuring interface: a left rail with product navigation (Overview, Web Vitals, Requests, Assets, Deploys, Alerts), a filter bar across the top - production, 28 days, mobile, all browsers - and the caption "field data · 28 days · 74k sessions · 75th percentile". Below it a summary score of 62 on a ring and five Web Vitals with their thresholds: LCP 3.1 s (poor), INP 164 ms, CLS 0.04, FCP 2.4 s, TTFB 0.42 s. The centre of the frame is the LCP-over-time chart: a red curve sits flat above the dashed "good" threshold of 2.5 s for the whole month, with the load distribution below it (21% good / 43% needs improvement / 36% poor) and the P50–P99 percentiles. Further down, a request waterfall for a first visit with four amber bars on the render-critical path, a list of findings weighted in milliseconds, and a table of six pages with scores and opportunity. Clicking the longest bar, karuzela.css, expands the finding "Three stylesheets block rendering · 2,140 ms" with the cause named file by file. Switching to "After 4.19.0" reveals a second curve from the left: it drops from 3.1 s to 0.9 s and crosses the threshold, the distribution jumps to 88/9/3, the reading turns to "0.9 s good", the score to 91, and three waterfall bars lose the amber of the critical path.](https://wzor.biz/_astro/fathom-desktop-poster.MXxf22T8_ZQ6lCp.webp)

- ![Loop from MaxERP, an ERP system for an upholstered furniture manufacturer. The procurement module sits on a light stage: a navigation rail on the left with Operations, Production, Analytics and Other sections, and beside it a requirements table listing 27 raw materials across twelve columns - code, photograph and item name, category, stock on hand, safety stock, daily consumption, lead time, reorder point, days to stockout, order-by date, supplier and date of last goods receipt. The first row, HR 35/40 foam, carries a red "today" badge. The cursor clicks Reports in the navigation and a report slides in from the right: a stock forecast chart on which a blue line falls from 2,416 units and crosses the dashed safety-stock threshold on 8 December, with a red stockout zone spreading beyond it. Below the chart are three figures - 27 items in the requirement, 1 with no order covering it, 168,273 zloty of recommended value - and a list of four MRP recommendations with "create purchase order" buttons. The cursor presses the first one. The button turns into a document number, the uncovered-items counter drops to zero, the red zone fades, and a green line is drawn onto the chart: after the delivery on 8 December the stock jumps and never falls below the threshold again within the horizon. The caption under the chart changes from a stockout on 8 December, in 12 days, to 22 December, in 26 days.](https://wzor.biz/_astro/maxerp-desktop-poster.CnAFxwok_nGdBH.webp)

- ![Loop from Counter, a quoting agent at Vetro Instal, a plumbing and heating wholesaler. The dark application sits on a light stage. A narrow menu runs down the left: a mark drawn as tally strokes, the name Counter, the line „Agent ofertowy" (quoting agent) and a single sentence of scope - „Wyceniam zapytania z katalogu Vetro Instal. Zamówień nie składam" (I price enquiries from the Vetro Instal catalogue; I do not place orders). Below it a „Nowa wycena" (new quote) button and a list of threads: Instalbud, Termika Nowak, Sanmax, Bud-Chem, PHU Zenit, and at the bottom a photograph and the name of the sales rep, Marek Zwoliński. In the centre a single column of conversation. It opens on this morning: the agent writes that three enquiries were in the inbox and two are already quoted, and beneath that sit two sent quotes with numbers, amounts and times. Lower down the third enquiry from Instalbud - a PDF attachment, the subject „Zapytanie ofertowe - osiedle Sadowa, etap II" (request for quotation, Sadowa estate, phase II), a deadline in amber and six lines written in site language: multilayer pipe, compression fittings, ball valves, manifolds, insulation, pipe clamps. The cursor moves to the text field and types four words: „wyceń to na jutro" (price this for tomorrow). Once sent, the sentence appears as a message with the attachment, the agent replies and a list of four steps appears beneath, ticking off one by one. A table of six positions grows in the thread - each with a product photograph, a catalogue name, an index, a quantity and a price, and under the name the customer's own wording in quotation marks. A moment later the availability column fills in: five green „na stanie" (in stock) tags and one amber „dostawa 24 IX" (delivery 24 September), with the fourth row turning amber. The agent stops and asks „Nie ma na magazynie przed terminem klienta. Co wstawiam do oferty?" (not in stock before the customer's deadline - what do I put in the quote?), offering two named options - a KAN substitute available immediately for 288 zł more, or the original item with a 24 September date - and beneath them the line „Nie decyduję o tym za Ciebie" (I am not deciding this for you). The cursor picks the substitute, the choice enters the thread as the rep's own message, the fourth row changes its name and price, and at the bottom of the conversation the finished quote appears: number OF/2026/09/114, 18,048.00 zł, six product thumbnails, a 14% contract discount, valid to 16 September, an eight working day lead time, „Wyślij do Tomasza" (send to Tomasz) and „PDF" buttons, and underneath „Złożone w 3 minuty. Ręcznie zajmuje 40 minut" (put together in 3 minutes; by hand it takes 40).](https://wzor.biz/_astro/counter-desktop-poster.B-ftzpVE_oikbl.webp)

On the left, a catalogue of five machines with depot photographs - a 90 kg plate compactor, a 1.5 tonne excavator, an 8 m mobile scaffold tower, a 25 kg demolition breaker and a 350 mm floor saw - each with its catalogue number, daily rate and the number of units on the yard. In the middle, the compactor's page: chips reading 90 kg, benzyna, 500 mm (petrol), a photograph of the machine, a technical data table and a „W zestawie" (included) list. Beside it, a May calendar where a green count of free units sits under every day number and unavailable days are struck through. On the right, the order card: 360 zł net, pickup 12 May at 7:00, an itemised bill and a yellow „Zamawiam" (order) button. One bar, „0412 Fronty dębowe i lakier" (oak fronts and lacquer), sits on Thursday at the edgebander under a red diagonal collision hatch. On the right, the panel for order ZP/2026/0412, „Fronty dębowe 480 szt." (480 oak fronts) for Meblostacja, with its routing: cutting 4 h, edgebanding 6 h, milling 5 h, lacquering 7 h. The cursor grabs the bar and drags it from Thursday to Tuesday morning; on release, nine of the twelve bars slide into new hours, the hatch disappears, work centre loads change to 88%, 94%, 91%, 82% and 90%, the collision counter at the bottom drops from 2 to 0, OTIF rises to 98%, and the delivery date turns from a red „po terminie - 20 maja" (late, 20 May) to a green „22 maja · 2 dni zapasu" (22 May, two days of slack). The cursor moves down to „Podpisz i wyślij" and after the press three registers write themselves one after another: the case metric sheet („entry 7 · signature and dispatch · D. Krupa"), e-Doręczenia, the statutory electronic delivery service („dispatched · awaiting delivery confirmation"), and the department's register of decisions („item 221/2026 · building permit"). The deadline counter turns green - „ZAŁATWIONE W TERMINIE · 63 z 65 dni · 2 dni przed upływem terminu ustawowego" (settled within the deadline, 63 of 65 days, two days to spare) - the button becomes „Wysłano · sprawa zamknięta" (sent, case closed), and the case disappears from the queue on the left.](https://wzor.biz/_astro/kickoff-desktop-poster.Dc1m-Rlq_Z1JMyTP.webp)

On screen: a status bar reading 10:24, a header „Budynek C · lokal 14" with the tenant's initials, a „Moje zgłoszenia / Budynek" (my requests / building) segmented control, a green „Zgłoś usterkę" (report a fault) button, three closed requests with ZGL reference numbers and turnaround times, a building strip with a ventilation inspection and an out-of-hours technical line, an administration card and a tab bar. The cursor taps „Zgłoś usterkę" and a sheet rises from the bottom over the dimmed screen: the location „Budynek C · lokal 14 · 3. piętro" with the note „z umowy najmu - nie trzeba wpisywać" (from the lease, no need to type it), a row reading „Zakres: Lokal najemcy" (scope: tenant's unit), six categories with „Instalacja grzewcza" (heating) selected, a description with an 83/240 counter and a thumbnail of a leaking radiator captioned „Załączone · zdjęcie zrobione o 10:23" (attached, photographed at 10:23). After „Wyślij zgłoszenie" (send request) the sheet drops away, a first row appears in the list - „Cieknie zawór grzejnika · ZGL/2026/1148 · dziś, 10:24" (radiator valve leaking, today 10:24) - the cursor returns to the middle of the screen, and a moment later a system notification slides in at the top: „PREFLIGHT · teraz · Zgłoszenie przyjęte · Technik Marek Kaczorek, dziś 14:30–16:00" (request accepted; technician Marek Kaczorek, today 14:30–16:00). Beside the new row stands the marker 00:12 captioned „od zdjęcia do przypisanego technika" (from photograph to assigned technician) and the status „przyjęte · technik przypisany" (accepted, technician assigned).](https://wzor.biz/_astro/preflight-desktop-poster.CFrlg7l7_vrmt4.webp)

On the left a photograph of a paper coffee bag against a putty-coloured backdrop; on the right the buying column - „SPECIALTY SINGLE ORIGIN”, the name „Kolumbia La Esperanza” set in a serif, the tasting notes „MORELA · KARMEL · MIGDAŁ” (apricot, caramel, almond), the price 48,00 zł with „Cena zawiera podatek” (price includes tax) and a line reading „Najniższa cena z ostatnich 30 dni: 48,00 zł” (lowest price in the last 30 days - a Polish legal disclosure). Below that a group labelled OPAKOWANIE (packaging) with pills for 250 g and 1 kg, a group labelled MIELENIE (grind) with Ziarna (whole bean), Mielona - przelew (ground for filter) and a struck-through Mielona - espresso, a note reading „Do darmowej dostawy brakuje 52,00 zł” (52 zł short of free delivery) and a „Dodaj do koszyka” (add to cart) button. Under the card, the bean description and a six-row spec grid: origin Kolumbia · Huila, process fully washed, varietals Caturra and Castillo, altitude 1 720 m, roasted 17 November 2026, profile filter. Below that a row of other coffees from the roastery and a footer with the Gdańsk address, purchase terms and wholesale offer. The cursor clicks the „1 kg” option and three things change in the same frame: the price becomes 158,00 zł, the photograph switches to the kilogram bag, and the note turns into a copper „Darmowa dostawa - próg 100 zł osiągnięty” (free delivery - 100 zł threshold reached). After „Dodaj do koszyka” is pressed, a cart drawer slides in from the right with the line item, the chosen options, delivery by „Paczkomat InPost” at 0,00 zł and a total of 158,00 zł, while the header counter moves to 1. The cursor presses „Zamawiam i płacę” (order and pay) and the drawer becomes a confirmation: a copper tick, „ZAMÓWIENIE 1042” (order 1042), „Dziękujemy za zamówienie” (thank you for your order), „Wysyłka jutro rano, prosto z palarni” (shipping tomorrow morning, straight from the roastery), rows for the coffee, the delivery - „Paczkomat WAW118M · ul. Chmielna 12” - and „Zapłacono 158,00 zł” (paid), followed by three „co dalej” (what happens next) steps: confirmation by email shortly, packing at the roastery tomorrow by 10:00, and hand-off to the parcel locker tomorrow morning. The cart counter returns to zero.](https://wzor.biz/_astro/vitrine-desktop-poster.BRBwB1wt_Z2e31O2.webp)

A dark header runs along the top: the BROADSHEET mark, the theatre's name, the address teatrmiejski.pl and the page name, and on the right Hanna Zaborska, the site's editor. On the left a narrow ash-grey rail holds six content blocks - heading, opening photograph, event announcement, repertoire, tickets, footer - and below them a pre-publication check: image alt texts 12 of 12, heading order correct, text contrast AA, sitemap up to date, with a note citing the Polish digital accessibility act. On the right a live preview inside a window frame: an address bar, a „szkic · 1 zmiana niewdrożona" (draft, 1 change not deployed) badge, a desktop/phone toggle, and beneath them the theatre's page on ivory - the TEATR MIEJSKI masthead in a serif, a single vermilion rule, the menu Repertuar, Wystawy, Bilety, O teatrze (repertoire, exhibitions, tickets, about), a photograph of the foyer with terrazzo and a brass handrail, an announcement of the „Pejzaże wewnętrzne" (Inner Landscapes) private view by Zofia Brandys for Saturday 7 November, four repertoire entries with stage and time, the Galeria Foyer opening hours and a footer carrying the accessibility declaration, RODO and BIP. The cursor clicks the „Zapowiedź wydarzenia" (event announcement) block and the rail swaps the list for that block's fields: overline, title, a date field with a November calendar in which seven days are struck through, place, and the image's alternative text marked „opisane" (described). Clicking 14 November changes the date in the field and in the announcement at the same instant. After „Opublikuj" (publish) a deployment bar runs, then the badge by the address turns to „opublikowano · przed chwilą" (published, just now), a dark strip settles at the foot of the page reading „Opublikowano · wdrożenie 14 s · 38 stron przebudowanych · v.13 · Hanna Zaborska" (published, 14-second deploy, 38 pages rebuilt), and a new row v.13 appears in the version history under her name, described as „data wernisażu: 14 listopada" (private view date: 14 November).](https://wzor.biz/_astro/broadsheet-desktop-poster.HB-ri3gA_Z2kUysE.webp)

A shared navy header runs above the frame: a yellow PATINA mark, the wholesaler's name, a „TRYB RÓWNOLEGŁY" (parallel run) pill and a note reading „ten sam dokument rejestrowany w obu systemach · 214 przebiegów od 2 marca" (the same document registered in both systems, 214 runs since 2 March). The left half is a character terminal from 2007 - amber text on black, a status bar reading „SYSTEM MAGAZYNOWY WF v3.11 · TERM 04", a MENU GLOWNE in two columns, eight recent ZS documents with customer codes and amounts, messages about replication and a month lock, and a function-key strip at the bottom: F1 POMOC, F3 WYJSCIE, F5 SLOWNIK, F10 ZAPISZ, ESC ANULUJ. The right half is the same company after modernisation: navy on warm white, a customer search on the phrase „wierzba" with three hits, a document header with issue date, delivery date, warehouse and series, and below it four line items shown as a suggestion - no stock, no price, no value. The cursor clicks „Uruchom przebieg" (start the run) and both sides move at once: the terminal opens EKRAN 1 z 5 (screen 1 of 5) and types the customer code KH-04417 character by character, then saves the screen and moves to EKRAN 2 z 5 with empty fields; at the same time the right half pulls the commercial terms from the customer record along with stock levels, prices and values, and the net total jumps from a dash to 6 620,80 zł. The cursor clicks „Zatwierdź zamówienie" (confirm order) and the bottom of the right half becomes a navy confirmation: „ZAMÓWIENIE PRZYJĘTE" (order accepted), the number ZS/2026/00318, a reservation on warehouse 01. On the left, the status bar reads „ekran 2 z 5 · pole INDEKS puste - operator szuka w segregatorze" (screen 2 of 5, the INDEX field empty, the operator is looking it up in a binder) with a cursor blinking in the field. Under both halves a comparison fills in: TERMINAL 4 min 10 s and NOWY SYSTEM 40 s, beside them the sample - measured over 214 orders.](https://wzor.biz/_astro/patina-desktop-poster.1zM3-JiO_AhPMl.webp)

Dodaj osoby z listy po prawej - porównasz je obok siebie, zanim zaprosisz do projektu" (nobody here yet - add people from the list on the right and compare them side by side before you invite them to the project); at the bottom, „Porównaj" (compare) and „Zaproś do projektu" (invite to project) buttons and the signed-in client, Michał Gantari, Head of Product at Nordvale. On the right the title „Wszyscy projektanci" (all designers) with a 313 badge, five role tabs - all, product designer, interface designer, UX researcher, design system owner - a search field and three filters: role, seniority, engagement. Below them a list of cards, one per person: a portrait, a first name with a surname initial, role, seniority, years of experience, city, a green availability date, three thumbnails of delivered projects and a strip of skills. The cursor travels from the rail to the top right corner and presses the „Dostępni od zaraz" (available now) switch; the badge beside the title falls from 313 to 230 and the list recalculates to eleven people. The cursor returns to the first card and presses „Dodaj do shortlisty" (add to shortlist) - the card gains a green ring, the button becomes „Na shortliście" (on the shortlist), and Marcelina K., senior, nine years, available from 5 September, appears in the rail; the rail counter moves to one of six seats. The list scrolls, more faces come in, and the cursor adds a second person, Kacper J. Finally it returns to where it began: the rail that opened the film with a line about an empty list now holds two people, the counter reads two of six seats, and the „Zaproś do projektu" button waits below them.](https://wzor.biz/_astro/shortlist-desktop-poster.CHE6q-ja_Z1HLQfR.webp)

Questions about money

## The things you would ask at the first meeting anyway

We answer them directly, because budget questions are normal and always come up - better to have them settled before the call.

How much does a UX project at Wzór cost?

Most projects land between 10,000 and 300,000 PLN net, and the entry threshold for each service is in the table above. The final amount depends on scope - the number of views, the integrations, and how much work stays on our side during rollout. We give you that number after a conversation about the actual scope, together with a breakdown of what you are paying for.

Why publish a threshold instead of a final price?

Because a final price without knowing the scope would be guesswork. The same "UX audit" is two weeks of work on a site with five subpages and six weeks on a platform with roles and permissions. The threshold says where we start; the estimate follows once we know what actually has to be built.

Are the amounts net?

Yes, every amount in the pricing table is net - VAT comes on top. The invoice is issued by Wzór sp. z o.o., registered in Lublin, Poland.

How does billing work?

In stages tied to delivery rather than to the calendar. You pay for a delivered piece of work - a report, a complete set of screens, a shipped module - not for the month that has passed. On retainers we bill monthly, and you can scale the engagement down or up.

What if the scope changes along the way?

We say so immediately, with an explanation and a new number, before any work starts outside the agreed scope. No surprise invoice at the end of the project - that is the most common reason companies switch agencies, and we have no intention of repeating it.

Do you take projects smaller than the threshold?

Usually not, and we say so upfront. Below the threshold an audit stays on the surface and a rollout ends in technical debt that somebody pays off later anyway. If the budget is smaller, a paid consultation is often the better first step - you leave with a plan your own team can execute.

Do you sign an NDA before discussing a quote?

Yes, as standard for projects in the financial, healthcare and public sectors. We can sign your template or send our own - just mention it when you first get in touch.
