# Real Estate

[Free consultation](https://wzor.biz/en/free-consultation/) [Projects](https://wzor.biz/en/projects/)

We design listing portals, developer customer panels, apartment configurators and commercial letting platforms. We work with maps, geo filters, a longer decision cycle and a premium image - so that after ten visits to the site a client still knows where they were and what caught their eye.

We have worked with leading companies and startups

Challenges

## The decision about a home happens between search, configurator and the silence after signing

- „People land on the listing search, click the map and leave without getting in touch.”

A UX audit of search and the map, redesign of geo filters, optimisation of how context is remembered between visits. The longer decision cycle in real estate needs an interface that remembers where the client left off.

- „The apartment configurator loses the customer exactly where it gets specific.”

A UX audit of the configurator, research with clients mid-purchase, redesign of the selection sequence (development → building → apartment → finish). We validate with a prototype before development and measure drop-off per step.

- „After signing, the customer panel goes quiet and the calls go to sales.”

Product strategy for the post-sale panel, design of construction-status communication, document and schedule views. The client waits 18 months for the keys - for all that time the panel is their only contact with the developer.

Who it is for

## Listings, development, commercial - three worlds, one client decision

Whatever the segment - we hand over the design in a format the team integrating with listing portals, broker CRM and the development management system can read.

- ### Listing portals and property search

Portals aggregating offers from many sources, maps with geo filters, advanced search (price, floor area, year built, distance to transit). Watchlists, comparison tools, alerts on new listings - so a client returning a week later knows exactly where they left off.

- ### Developer panels and apartment configurators

Apartment configurators on the development floor plan, customer panels for after the contract is signed (construction status, schedule, documents), post-sale service apps. A premium image combined with transactional usability - exclusivity that costs nothing in clarity.

- ### Commercial letting and agency tooling

Platforms listing offices, warehouses and retail space for B2B tenants, CRM tooling for estate agencies and brokers. Space visualisation, lease calculators, lead generation shaped around how the client’s board actually decides.

Process

## Five steps - from the first conversation to post-launch measurement

We scale the scope to the segment. For listing portals the emphasis is on search, the map and geo filters. For developers - on the apartment configurator, the customer panel after the contract is signed, and communicating construction status. For commercial letting (offices, warehouses) - on B2B lead generation and presenting offers to a demanding investor.

1. 30 min

    ### Discovery call - 30 minutes

Online, with the lead designer. We get to know the product, the metrics you judge it by, and the regulatory context it operates in.

2. Week 1–2

    ### Audit and discovery

Analytics, session recordings, user interviews, heuristic review. The barriers people actually hit become design hypotheses.

3. Week 3–6

    ### UX/UI design

Wireframes, a prototype you can click through, the final interface. Documentation written for the team that will ship it - tokens, states and responsive behaviour included.

4. Week 6–7

    ### Validation

Tests with real users, or an A/B test in production. The design changes on the strength of what we saw, before it reaches code.

5. After launch

    ### Delivery and care

We work side by side with your developers - implementation review, fixes, additions to the library. After launch we measure and come back with the next hypotheses.

FAQ

## Questions that come up most often

Do you design with integrations to Otodom, OLX or Rynek Pierwotny?

Yes - listing portals are the standard source and distribution channel for offers in Poland. We design both internal tools for agencies (exporting listings to portals, status synchronisation) and portals aggregating offers from many sources. We write documentation in a format the team implementing the API integrations can read.

Do you have experience with maps and geolocation filters?

Yes - the map is the centrepiece of the experience in property portals. We design filters drawn on the map, pin clusters, POI integrations (metro, schools, shops), commute calculators. We choose the technology (MapBox, Google Maps) in dialogue with the client’s technical team.

Do you design flat configurators and virtual tours?

Yes - configurators on the development floor plan, finish selection, 360° virtual tours (Matterport integrations or bespoke solutions). The specifics: heavy graphical assets delivered legibly on mobile, and a hand-off to an adviser once the initial decision is made.

Do you also work in commercial leasing - offices, warehouses, retail?

Yes - commercial leasing platforms (class A offices, logistics warehouses, retail units) for B2B tenants, and internal tools for property managers. The specifics: a longer decision cycle (quarters), a decision taken by the client’s board, and hard data (floor area, operating costs, commute) instead of emotion.
