We have worked with leading companies and startups Challenges ## Trust in crypto is built on the signing screen, not in the whitepaper - „A new user sets up a wallet, gets lost at the seed phrase and leaves.” UX audit of onboarding (seed phrase, recovery, first transaction), redesign of education built into the journey, validation with a user who has never touched Web3. - „People reach the transaction signing screen and back out there.” UX audit of how gas, slippage, MEV and transaction risk are presented. Redesign of the pre-signing checkpoint - so the user understands what they’re signing before clicking “Confirm”. - „Investors ask how they are supposed to know the asset on the other side is real.” Design of the evidence layer - provenance, certificates, integration with a physical identifier (NFC, QR). Security communication, without cryptographic jargon. Who it is for ## Wallets, NFT, on-ramp - three worlds, one demand for trust Whatever the layer - we hand over the design in a format readable for the Solidity / EVM development team, with documentation of critical states (pending, reverted, gas spike, network switch). - ### Wallets, DEXes and DeFi Crypto wallets (custodial and self-custody), decentralised exchanges, lending/staking protocols. Seed-phrase onboarding, transaction signing, gas/slippage, WalletConnect connection, risk exposure presented clearly before approval. - ### NFT marketplaces and tokenisation NFT marketplaces (art, collections, phygital with NFC/QR), asset-tokenisation platforms, creator tools. The specifics: proof of authenticity, royalties, collector education, integration with a real-world item. - ### Fiat → crypto on-ramp and Web2 bridge On-ramps (buying crypto by card/transfer), cross-chain bridges, fiat-crypto integrations in traditional financial products. For wallets the emphasis is on onboarding (seed phrase, recovery, security). For DEX/DeFi - on the readability of transaction state (gas, slippage, MEV). For NFT marketplaces - on authenticity and investor education. For on-ramps - on KYC and the path from traditional banking. 1. 30 min ### Discovery call - 30 minutes Online, with the lead designer. We get to know the product, the metrics you judge it by, and the regulatory context it operates in. 2. Week 1–2 ### Audit and discovery Analytics, session recordings, user interviews, heuristic review. The barriers people actually hit become design hypotheses. 3. Week 3–6 ### UX/UI design Wireframes, a prototype you can click through, the final interface. Documentation written for the team that will ship it - tokens, states and responsive behaviour included. 4. Week 6–7 ### Validation Tests with real users, or an A/B test in production. The design changes on the strength of what we saw, before it reaches code. 5. After launch ### Delivery and care We work side by side with your developers - implementation review, fixes, additions to the library. After launch we measure and come back with the next hypotheses. Yes - we understand the specifics of self-custody (losing the seed phrase = losing funds). We design staged onboarding: contextual education, backup with verification, recovery flow, warnings matched to the user’s experience level. We don’t hide the risk - we teach how to handle it. Do you cover DEXes, DeFi and complex on-chain transactions? Yes - decentralised exchanges, lending/staking protocols, aggregators. We design the presentation of gas, slippage, MEV and impermanent loss to be readable - even for a user outside DeFi. Critical states (transaction pending, reverted, network switch) we design explicitly, not hidden in a toast. Do you work with NFT marketplaces and real-world asset tokenisation? Yes - NFT marketplaces (collections, art, gaming), platforms for tokenising physical assets (phygital with NFC/QR), creator tools (royalties, drops, limited editions). The specifics: proof of authenticity, integration with a real-world item, collector education. Do you design fiat → crypto on-ramps with KYC? Yes - on-ramps (buying crypto by card or transfer), KYC/AML in line with EU regulations (MiCA, AMLD), journeys for the customer coming from traditional banking.
