We are looking for a highly organised person with leadership skills in their blood to join our team. Effective team management will be your main task. Excel and Notion still keep our tasks and materials organised, but you increasingly run projects delivering AI agents and interactive products built in code too - so it helps to stay open to new team tools, not just be fluent in a spreadsheet. [Apply for this position](#aplikuj) ## Scope of responsibilities - Acting as a liaison between the client and the team - Planning, prioritising, and assigning tasks within a given project - Establishing work schedules and monitoring deadlines - Overseeing the execution of the project at every stage - Managing project risks - Designing and optimising work processes for assignments - Running projects that deliver AI agents and interactive prototypes built in code - from the scoping workshop through the pilot to production release - Collaborating with subcontractors - Reporting on progress and team performance ## Our requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management - Knowledge of project and budget management - Proficiency in Excel and Notion, plus openness to further team tools - Knowledge of internet marketing - Excellent organisation of your own work and that of others - Leadership and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure - Experience running AI implementations or interactive code-based products is a plus, not a hard requirement ## Recruitment process 1. ### CV and portfolio review The recruiter will analyse the documents you have provided. 2. ### Recruitment interview During the interview you will answer a few questions and we will explain the next steps. 3. ### Technical task A short live task during the same conversation. About a month from application to decision. We contact selected candidates, so if nothing arrives from us in that time, it did not work out this round. What does the technical task look like? No weekend homework. You do the task live, during the interview, and it takes a few minutes. The point is to see how you think, not how many evenings you will give away for free. You talk to the people who make the decision, not to someone who will pass a note along. Is the work fully remote? Yes, we have worked remotely since 2016. There are trips to clients now and then, mostly for workshops and consultations, but that is not commuting to an office. Is there a probation period? Sometimes. A three-week option is on the table.
