Online stores have their own list of UX problems - a cart that loses items, a twenty-field checkout, prices without VAT that only show up at the end. Here we bring together two threads that matter specifically for e-commerce - how a UX audit calculates real return on investment for a store's website, and what Poland's Accessibility Act, in force since June 2025, actually changes for online shops.
